The numbers behind every unit
litres per year — catalyst washcoat capacity
converters assembled per year
days — production to dispatch lead time
months warranty on every supply
One campus, vertically integrated
Every part we quote comes from our own manufacturing base in northern China. Substrates are fired, catalyst coating is applied in-house, and robotic welding and final assembly run on the same campus — so quality is controlled where the part is made, not handed off along the way.
Substrate firing to final assembly
Ceramic and metal substrates are fired on site and catalyst coating is applied in-house — the full process stays under one roof.
Robotic welding cells
Housings and brackets are welded in fixture-controlled robotic cells for repeatable consistency, batch after batch.
Inspection before packing
Batches are checked against the drawing — dimensions verified by hand with callipers and micrometres before anything ships.
Racked finished-goods warehouse
Finished parts sit in a racked, binned warehouse, so confirmed orders are picked and dispatched on schedule.
Find your part — three ways
Buyers arrive in three different states of mind: they know the part number, they know the category, or they know the car. Give all three a door.
By OE / part number
By category
By vehicle brand
Find the converter for your vehicle platform
We manufacture direct-fit three-way catalytic converters by vehicle platform. Pick a brand to see the matching references.
Main products: three-way catalytic converters · exhaust manifolds · ceramic honeycomb substrates
One product family — three emission tiers
Every unit is application-matched to your model, year and engine before it ships. Tell us the car and we confirm the exact tier, flange layout and sensor positions in writing.

Euro 3 / Euro 4
The base compliant line for the older petrol fleet — the largest stock sits in Southern and Eastern Europe.

Euro 5
The mainstream tier for the fleet running across Germany, France, Italy and the UK.

Featured — the converter line for German vehicles
One listing carries the whole range: the emission tier is matched to your vehicle, not chosen from a shelf.
Our fitment guarantee
The single biggest reason a trade buyer abandons a parts order is doubt about fitment. We remove it in writing, before money moves.
You send the reference
OE number, VIN, or a photo of the old part with its label. Whatever you have.
We confirm in writing
Model, year range, engine and any exceptions — replied by email, not assumed in a chat.
If it does not fit
We replace the part or credit it. Confirmed-fit orders are never left with the buyer holding the risk.
Why buyers work with us
Four things that decide whether a first order becomes a repeat order.
Fitment first
Every listing carries an OE reference and the models it covers. We confirm before you order, not after.
Consolidated shipping
Mixed orders across categories go into one shipment. Tell us before we pack and we will quote it as one.
Honest about compliance
We tell you up front what we can and cannot ship into your market. No surprises at customs.
Documents with the order
Commercial invoice, packing list and available conformity or material documentation sent in advance.
From enquiry to dispatch — what actually happens
No black box. Each step has an owner and a turnaround you can hold us to.
