Shipping — business orders

• Originating port: [[Ningbo / Shanghai / Shenzhen]].
• Terms: [[FOB]], [[CIF]], or [[EXW]] as stated in your quotation.
• Lead time: usually [[15–25]] working days from receipt of deposit, depending on stock and production batch. Confirmed per order.
• Consolidation: mixed orders across categories can be consolidated into one shipment. Tell us before we pack.
• Documents: [[commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin]] where applicable. We send documents in advance so your broker can pre-clear.
• Importer of record: the buyer. Duties, taxes and destination clearance are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping — consumer orders [only if selling B2C]

• We dispatch within [[2]] business days of cleared payment.

Returns

• Business orders: returns only with our prior written agreement, within [[14]] days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Return freight and a [[15]]% restocking charge apply. Custom and private-label goods are not returnable.
• Consumer orders: you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, and return them within 14 days of cancelling. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
• How to start a return: email sales@gearonia.com with your order number, photographs of the part and the reason. We reply with return instructions within [[2]] business days. Do not send goods back before we confirm.

Damaged or wrong parts

Tell us within [[7]] days of delivery with photographs of the part and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund once we have assessed it.

Warranty

Parts are warranted against manufacturing defects for [[12]] months (consumer) or [[6]] months (business) from delivery, unless the quotation says otherwise. Wear items and incorrectly fitted parts are excluded. Warranty claims need the invoice, photographs and, where we ask, return of the part.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within [[14]] days of the returned goods passing our inspection.
