Gearonia supplies aftermarket components from China to distributors, workshops and brands in the UK, Europe and North America. We work on OE references and fitment data, not on guesswork.
Gearonia is an aftermarket components supply brand operated by Chengdu Oulupanda E-commerce Co., Ltd., based in Chengdu, China.
We supply substrates and carriers, filtration and service parts, and selected wear items to distributors, workshops and private-label brands. Our work starts with fitment: every product we list carries an OE reference and the models and years it fits, so the part you receive is the part your customer needs.
What we do
- Supply components against OE references, with fitment data on every listing
- Quote in FOB or CIF terms, with MOQ and lead time stated up front
- Consolidate mixed orders into a single shipment to keep freight predictable
- Provide available conformity and material documentation with each order
What we do not do
- We do not sell replacement catalytic converters or any emission component into markets where type approval is required and not held.
- We do not describe our products as original equipment. They are aftermarket parts supplied against a reference.
- We do not claim approvals or certifications we do not hold.
Where we are
Our operations run from Chengdu, Sichuan, China. We ship from Chinese ports and, for UK orders, by air or consolidated parcel.

Our manufacturing base
One campus, vertically integrated — from substrate firing to the finished assembly.
Our parts are produced at our manufacturing base in northern China — a vertically integrated exhaust after-treatment plant where ceramic and metal substrates are fired, catalyst coating is applied in-house, and robotic welding with final assembly runs on the same campus.
- In-house substrates — ceramic and metal honeycombs are fired on site, not bought out
- Automated coating lines — washcoat formulation and precious-metal loading developed in-house
- Robotic welding & CNC — consistent shells, flanges and fitment from batch to batch
- Quality system — ISO 9001 & IATF 16949, with laboratory checks on every batch
- Annual capacity — around 1.3 million litres of catalyst coating and 700,000+ converter assemblies
